If you’ve just received one of Virgin Media’s Super Hubs and you’re having trouble switching the local LAN IP subnet to 192.168.1.X (you get a cable modem ip conflict messsage), try the following:
- Connect to the hub using a wired connection and turn off the 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless networks
- After the reboot, under Advanced – DHCP Settings change the LAN IP to 192.168.32.1
- Let the router reboot, log back in and change the LAN IP to 192.168.1.1
- Now turn the wireless networks back on
